Meet the doctors


Dr Austin Chow

Dr Quoc Duong

General Practitioner MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Quoc Duong is as an experienced family practitioner. Dr Quoc enjoys all aspects of general practice with a special interest in Preventative Health, Travel Medicine, Sports Injuries, General Dermatology and Minor Surgical Procedures.

Dr Quoc studied medicine at Melbourne University and graduated in 1996. Quoc spent 5 years in gaining experience in surgery and almost a decade in emergency before moving into General Practice. He enjoys spending time with his young family and relaxes by playing the guitar and listening to music.

Dr Roshini Tennakoon

General Practitioner MBBS

Dr Roshini is a GP Registrar who graduated from Monash University. She has broad hospital experience, having completed a physician training year across a range of specialties including geriatrics, endocrinology, haematology, and paediatrics, as well as a full year working in emergency medicine.

Her time in emergency medicine helped her develop strong skills in managing acute illness and performing a variety of procedures, which she now brings into her work as a GP. Dr Roshini enjoys taking a holistic, patient-centred approach to care and values getting to know her patients and supporting them through all stages of health and wellbeing.

Outside of work, Dr Roshini loves cooking, playing badminton, and spending time outdoors. She and her husband enjoy hiking with their dog, Nemo, a Rhodesian Ridgeback, and exploring new trails and scenery together.

Dr Roshini speaks English and Sinhalese.

Dr Shruti Kotecha

General Practitioner, BBiomedSc MD SCHP FRACGP

Dr Shruti worked with us as a GP registrar in 2022 and now returns back as a Fellow. She obtained her medical degree from Melbourne University in 2018. She worked for three years as a hospital doctor gaining valuable experience in many areas including emergency medicine and women’s health before moving into general practice. She enjoys all facets of general practice but has a particular passion for children’s health, having spent part of her training at The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne. She has also completed the Sydney Child Health Program. Outside of work Shruti enjoys painting, travelling and spending time with friends & family.

Dr Monisha Koppaka

General Practitioner MBBS, SCHP, FRACGP

Dr Monisha is a friendly and relatable doctor with experience in all aspects of family medicine. She has has a particular interest in dermatology as well as women's and children's health. She also holds a diploma in child health.

Dr Maathanghi Kumariah

General Practitioner MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Kumariah studied at Monash University and trained across Eastern and Peninsula Health where she gained experience in paediatrics, general medicine and emergency medicine. She has an interest in all aspects of general practice and is developing a special interest in preventative medicine, women's health and mental health.
